I may still be a beer novice, but I’m definitely enthusiastic about the journey!

I am a beer-loving gal living in the West Village in New York and was recently bitten by the beer-bug… and consequently became inspired to write about it!

Starting out, I guess my goals are to just share my own beer-exploration experiences and to encourage other girls to get psyched about great beer!

I’m as curious as anyone to see where this goes…

Hey Genevieve – Mat from Philly Beer Scene mentioned your blog to me. You and I are trying to do the same thing: educate female drinkers about the wonderful world of beer. I started my blog in June. I started drinking good beer (as I refer to it) about a year or so ago. My friends started asking me what they should drink because I was always trying new things. That’s what gave me the idea for the blog. To date I’ve really focused on reviews of beers, but am thinking about ways to expand upon that in the new year. I live in Philly. Would be great to try some beers together some time!
